That answer varies project by project. If you only need us to shoot and don't need any editing work done, that price will be lower than if you need us to film an entire project, edit, and such. If you only need us to edit footage, that price will differ as well. This answer also varies by project. The price will depend on how complex the shoot is, how long the shoot is, if travel is involved, how much gear will be needed, etc. We're happy to go over the details of your project with you and get you a reasonable quote on this!

Yes and no. 

If you only want us to shoot your video and provide you with the clips, we'll charge our day rate plus an additional fee for ownership rights to the raw footage, which will depend on how much footage there is. 

If we do shoot an entire video for you from start to finish, editing included, we typically do not include ownership rights to the raw footage because we're ONLY selling you the finished video product. If you want access to the raw footage, we can chat more in our initial discussions and agreements!

Yes! With just editing services, our rates will be dramatically lower than what I typically charge for shooting and editing. Please email us with details of what your video is, how long you want the final product to be, how we can access the video you have, if you want music incorporated into it, any logos you might want to be included, and the overall tone/feel you're going for.

We promise to get your video back to you within two weeks of the final filming date. We typically get things done much quicker than this, but we like to give ourselves some wiggle room just in case. If you're on a deadline and need it sooner than that, just let us know, and we can work something out.

Yes! We have our own drone that we can use to capture video for you. There is an additional fee added to the total project cost if a drone is used, just FYI. We can also input graphics and animations if requested.

Once we sell you a finished video product, YOU own the rights to the final video that you are able to use on your social media/website. You cannot SELL our video as your own, however. 

If we shoot it for you, we own the rights, but we can sell you the rights to the video if you want the raw footage. 

If you already have the video in-house and you just want us to edit it, YOU own the rights to that video.

Storytelling is where our passions lie, but we can also do marketing videos, hiring videos, promo videos, or just shoot some basic B-roll for you. Feel free to email us through the Contact page, and we'll let you know if it's in our skillset to get it done for you!

Life happens. We get it. Please give us at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a shoot, and there is no penalty fee. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of the shoot, there is a cancellation fee that will be determined in the written agreement.

You can ask us to make as many edits as you'd like within a reasonable time frame set by the written agreement. We want you to be completely thrilled with the final video.

However, once I send you the final video and everything is signed, sealed, and delivered, no additional edits can be made without an additional $150 fee for a newly edited version.

Yes! We've done a number of workshops for organizations already on the Art of Video Storytelling where we walk you through how to find and tell your story, show examples of successful videos that told a heartfelt story, and teach you how to optimize your videos on social media to meet your goal or promote your call to action. We are happy to do this for public or private events for your organization. Email us for rates!
